Alisa Sisemore

Over the last 37 years, Alisa has been working with families in many different capacities. Her experience and expertise range from Community Based Services Supervisor for Buckner Children & Family Services for 8 years to serving as a National Trainer Consultant for Family Foundations and the Nurturing Parenting Program. She has also been in youth ministry and mentoring for the past 37 years. 

As Alisa continued to reach out to both teens and parents, she was continually faced with mounting statistics about what our nation is facing and the direction it will go if we do not begin to Reach Every Adult, Child, and Home with Family Foundations, Elevate Students, and community service outreach opportunities. This led her to start REACH CM. She desires that REACH CM will reach across denominational, generational, and socioeconomic lines with truth and love being walked out through community service opportunities, mentoring, building family foundations, and discipleship.
